Pride Parade Vendor Marketplace Terms and Conditions

General Guidelines

Vendors are asked to:

  • Respect their allotted space and not interfere with neighbouring vendors 
  • Refrain from branding, language or displays which may be considered offensive to others
  • Respect event load-in and load-out procedures 
  • Comply with all and any relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Support fellow marketplace vendors and their offerings


Discrimination will not be tolerated.

Vendor Terms

Payment:

Payment is required in order to secure space to pridesquamish@gmail.com 

Photography:

Vendors agree to the use of images on the Pride Squamish website and social media account 

Communication:

Vendors agree to receive communication from Pride Squamish.

Cancellation: 

The Squamish Pride Parade is an outdoor all-weather event, though we do reserve the right to cancel should unforeseen circumstances arise that are outside of our control. In the event this occurs vendor refunds will not be issued. 

Vendors may receive a refund or credit towards a future event with advance cancellation notice. Any vendor who does not occupy their space by 11 a.m. on market day agrees to forfeit their space without refund or credit. 

Liability: 

Pride Squamish is not responsible for the prevention of injury or death, or for damage or loss of vendor property due to theft or otherwise. Vendors hold Pride Squamish harmless against all losses and damages related directly or indirectly to the Squamish Pride Parade marketplace. 

Pride Squamish acknowledges the society is located on the Traditional, Ancestral, Unceded Sḵwx̱wú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish Territory).
